Fee for service contracting is Palmerston North City Council's preferred way to fund not-for-profit agencies to deliver on our strategic priorities. The purpose of the Fee for service scheme is to purchase specific outputs (a service, project or programme) that meet a priority outcome of the Council.

Proposals can be submitted until 4pm on Monday 16 April 2018.
Successful organisations will be offered contracts running for 13 months, from 1 June 2018 – 30 June 2019.

When you log back in go to the 'My Submissions' link at the top of the screen. You'll find a list of all applications you've started or submitted.
You also have the option to download your application by clicking on the 'Download' button located at the bottom of the last page of the application form.
